This Privacy Policy governs how we, Remedeor, a Proprietorship Firm, having its registered office at F-464, 160055, India, collect, use, share and process your information, that you provide to us through your use of the app/Website, Doctors App and website __________________________ in the course of availing services that are made available on the said app and website (“Services”) as defined in the Terms and Conditions ___________________ to you.

Remedeor, owner of the Doctors App website and app (“Website” / “App” respectively), respects your privacy, and seeks to comply with applicable legal requirements, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended from time to time, in respect of data collection, processing, and transfer.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using this Website/ App, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all the terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use this Website/ App.

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Generally some of the Services require us to know who you are so that we can best meet your needs. When you access the Services, or through any interaction with us via emails, telephone calls or other correspondence, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you. a) Contact information: Name, Address, Contact details, Email ID, Phone Number;

b) Demographic information: Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality;

c) Data regarding your usage of the Services such as search history and history of the appointments made by you through the use of Services;

d) GPS Location Permission, Images, PDF, Files Access Permission, Camera Permission, Audio Recording Permission, Storage Permission, SMS Permission, Recieve SMS Permission, Access WIFI State Permission, Phone, Microphone Permission, Activity Recognition Permission.

e) Financial information such as bank account or other payment instrument details and billing information other than credit card or debit card or payment account number, subject to applicable laws;

f) Your browsing history including the URL of the site that you visited prior to visiting the Website as well as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer (or the proxy server you used to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, the name of your ISP;

g) Any additional information that you provide to us during the use of the Services, through any mode of communication or during any interaction with our employees, doctors, technicians, consultants, etc., of or any other entity in the Remedeor/Doctors App including while availing its services;

h) Health information such as your medical records and history which you voluntarily provide or is generated on the usage of any of the services availed by you from any entity in the Remedeor/Doctors App;

i) Information regarding your physical, physiological, and mental health condition which you voluntarily provide or is generated on the usage of the Services including information such as (a) outpatient registration, scheduling, and encounter data; (b) e-prescribing data; (c) medical administration data; (d) administrative and operational data; (e) transaction data;

j) The health or any other information can be extracted by us from the Gmail accounts of the users for providing services.

k) Any other information that is collected or generated in the course of availing the Services;

l) Data regarding your medical qualifications, registrations, and certifications;

m) Any other detail relating to the above as voluntarily provided to us by you, for providing value- added service; and

n) Any other information relating to the above which you may have shared with us prior to this Privacy Policy for availing any of the Services.

Personal information is that information which can be used to directly or indirectly identify you. It includes de-identified data that, when linked to other information available to us, would enable us to identify you. Personal data does not include data that has been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated so that we cannot identify you through it, even in conjugation conjunction with other information.

“Sensitive Personal Data or Information” means personal information of any individual relating to password; financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details; physical, physiological, and mental health condition; sexual orientation; health information such as medical records and history; biometric information; any detail relating to the above as provided to or received by us for processing or storage. However, any data/information relating to an individual that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005, or any other law shall not qualify as Sensitive Personal Data or Information.

2. WHERE DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA FROM

For end users:

a) Any information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us through the App, Website, email, during interaction with us on call or chat, and other modes of communication;

b) Information that we collect from healthcare service providers (“HSPs”) such as doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, chemists, etc., to whom you have permitted the sharing of your personal information;

c) Data you have provided to any group company of the Company, affiliates, associates, subsidiary, holding company of the Company, associates, and subsidiaries of holding company of the Company, to whom you have given consent for sharing of such information.

For doctors:

a) Before On boarding you, we may request information regarding your qualifications, experience, public profile, and representations made by you to us;

b) During your usage of the App /Website, we may collect information based on your use of the Services;

c. We may collect other information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us through the App, Website, email, during interaction with us on call or chat, and other modes of communication;

d. We may collect information from any group company, affiliates, associates, subsidiary, holding company of the Company, associates, and subsidiaries of holding company of the Company to whom you have given consent for sharing of information for availing value-added service.

4. HOW LONG WILL WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

We store your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, which means we keep your data for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services or as may be required under any law. We shall store your personal information for lawful purposes only. We keep de-identified data for research and statistical purposes for a longer period.

If you close your account, we have no obligation to retain your data, and we may delete any or all of your data without liability. However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, if required by law, or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to store your data in anonymized or de-identified form for analytical, research, or other purposes for which your information is collected as previously indicated.

All your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data or Information or medical records is hosted and/or processed by us at the Company's data centers located at our office situated at Mohali, India or at such location(s) in India as the Company may so desire to store. Your and/or your family members and/or your dependents' Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data or Information or medical records is retained by us only for the purpose of providing the required services or for historical or statistical or legal purposes and such retention shall be for a period required to fulfill such purposes and / or as required under applicable law.

5. DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA

We may share, disclose and in some cases transfer your personal information to such entities as required to provide Services to you, improve our Services, and provide value- added services or other third-party products and services, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These entities may be located outside India, which you hereby consent to. We require such entities to protect your information through equivalent security measures as we would adopt. An indicative list of entities we may disclose or transfer information is provided below:

a) Service Providers: We share personal information with companies that provide Services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data storage, software services, email services, marketing, fulfilling customer orders, providing payment-related services including payment aggregation, data analytics, data mining, providing customer services, and conducting surveys, as permitted by applicable law. Such entities would be contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality in relation to your data. If you are an end user, your personal information will also be shared with your chosen HSPs.

b) Business Affiliates: We may disclose or transfer some of your information to entities in the Remedeor, and who are involved in the provision of products and services, to the extent permitted by applicable law. In the event of a merger, reorganization, acquisition, joint venture, assignment, spin-off, transfer, asset sale, or sale or disposition of all or any portion of our business, including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings, we may transfer any and all personal information to the relevant third party with the same rights of access and use.

c) Law Enforcement Agencies: We may share information with law enforcement agencies pursuant to lawful requests for information, and otherwise as required under any law applicable at the given time, both in India and outside India.

d) Other Third Parties:

i. We may also disclose personal information if we determine in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights and pursue available remedies, enforce our terms and conditions, investigate fraud, or protect our operations or users.

ii. We may disclose personal information to any third party if necessary to provide or improve our Services, fulfil any lawful contractual obligation we are bound by, and any other activity related to the purposes identified in this privacy policy and the terms and conditions you agree to when you use our Services.

a) Your Personal Information is maintained by Doctors App in electronic form on its equipment, and on the equipment of its employees. Such information may also be converted to physical form from time to time. Doctors App takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal information both online and off- line, and implements reasonable security practices and measures including certain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of Doctors App’s business.

b) No administrator at Doctors App will have knowledge of your password. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, your computer and your mobile phone. Be sure to log off from the Website/App when finished. Doctors App does not undertake any liability for any unauthorised use of your account and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify Doctors App by sending an email to _______________. You shall be liable to indemnify Doctors App due to any loss suffered by it due to such unauthorized use of your account and password.

c) Doctors App makes all User information accessible to its employees, agents or partners and third parties only on a need-to-know basis, and binds only its employees to strict confidentiality obligations.

d) Part of the functionality of Doctors App is assisting the doctors to maintain and organise such information. Doctors App may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the appropriate authorities, or to doctors who request access to such information.

e) Part of the functionality of the Doctors App is assisting the patients to access information relating to them. Doctors App may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the relevant patients, or to their doctors.

f) Notwithstanding the above, Doctors App is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your Personal Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties. Further, Doctors App shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of Doctors App including but not limited to, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User etc.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS

We take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, you have the sole responsibility of ensuring that you review the accuracy of the information provided by you and contact us in case of discrepancies, or in case you wish to discontinue the use of our Services. You have the following rights with regard to your personal information: You have the right to access your personal information and request updation, correction, and deletion. If your personal information changes, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information by making the change on our information page or by contacting us through ________________. We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. In the event that you decide to close your account, we will respect your choice and undertake the necessary steps to delete your personal information from our systems. Please note that upon account closure, we are not obligated to retain any of your data, and we hold no liability for the deletion of all or any portion of your data.  However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, if required by law, or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to store your data in anonymized or de- identified form for analytical, research, or other purposes for which your information is collected as previously indicated and You may contact ________________ at ___________________  for any questions or for the exercise of these rights. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. ________ is also the Officer / Nodal Officer or Designated Officer for complying with the Applicable Rules under Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended from time to time.

Please note that you may proceed to the use of such third-party websites or services at your own risk and the Company will not be held liable for any outcome or harm arising as a result of your use of such third-party websites or services. 9. CHILDREN'S AND MINOR'S PRIVACY

Doctors App strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools also can prevent minors from disclosing their name, address, and other personally identifiable information online without parental permission. Although the Doctors App Website, App and Services are not intended for use by minors, Doctors App respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the internet or the mobile application.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Doctors App may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event there are significant changes in the way Doctors App treats User’s personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy itself, Doctors App will display a notice on the Website/App or send Users an email, as provided for above, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Services. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the Services, you may contact _____________________ to deactivate your account. Unless stated otherwise, Doctors App current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Doctors App has about you and your account.
